Refund policy

You can return anything unworn, with its tags on, within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return or exchange, email info@alterego.co.za with your order number.

You pay the courier to send the item back to us. If you want a different size or design, we pay to send the exchange to you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days of the item reaching us.

If your item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we pay the courier both ways and you choose a replacement or a refund.
