Orders over R1 000 qualify for free shipping (within South Africa ONLY). On orders under R1 000, a R100 shipping fee will apply.
We generally ship out your order immediately after payment is reflecting in our bank account, that generally takes no longer then 24 hours.
The duration of the shipping is generally 2 to 3 working days to most part of South Africa and up to a week to most remote areas in South Africa.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Returns and exchange will be offered only to purchase in within South Africa
Shipping fees are not refundable.
In the event you wish to return or exchange anything , please email us at AlterEgo within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns or exhchange can also be made with no charge at our premises here in Cape town, by emailing us at AlterEgo
Products that have been worn (other than to fit) or washed will not be exchanged or refunded, all products must have the original tag attached when returned, in original wrapping.
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to AlterEgo, the cost of return delivery is for your account, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A full refund will be given for products returned within 14 days.
